Pantera is a luxury and high end brand that is specialized in handcrafted leather accesories. The brand has 3 divisions, women, men , entertainment luxury goods and home décor.
As a proud Mexican brand their design language and heritage is always inspired by national Artists and Architects which is reflected in a very subtle and elegant way in every product.
Pantera's Craftsmen used to work for Luxury brands who in the 1970's decided to produce in Mexico City such as Cartier, Gucci and Dior, later on the Laviada sisters hired them to create their own brand and atelier.

I led the design and development of the Commuter and Weekender bags for Thursday Boots, a year-long project dedicated to refining both
form and function. Over the course of development, I created and iterated on eight versions of the Weekender and nine versions of
the Commuter bag, ensuring each design met the highest standards of craftsmanship and usability.
From conceptualization and technical pack creation to the final approved production samples, I oversaw every stage, working exclusively
with genuine leather to achieve a balance of durability, sophistication, and practicality.

Men’s Weekender & Commuter Bag Design – Led the design and development of multiple iterations, refining shape, structure, and functionality for optimal performance.

Technical Pack Creation – Developed highly detailed tech packs with precise specifications for construction, leather selection, hardware, and finishing techniques.

Prototype & Sample Development – Managed the creation of multiple prototypes, testing durability, functionality, and aesthetics before final production approval.

Factory Communication & Production Oversight – Worked closely with manufacturers to refine construction techniques, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure top-tier craftsmanship.

Material & Leather Selection – Curated premium leathers and materials tailored for men’s travel and daily-use bags, balancing luxury and durability.
