Pantera is a luxury and high end brand that is specialized in handcrafted leather accesories. The brand has 3 divisions, women, men , entertainment luxury goods and home décor.
As a proud Mexican brand their design language and heritage is always inspired by national Artists and Architects which is reflected in a very subtle and elegant way in every product.
Pantera's Craftsmen used to work for Luxury brands who in the 1970's decided to produce in Mexico City such as Cartier, Gucci and Dior, later on the Laviada sisters hired them to create their own brand and atelier.

During the COVID era, American heritage brand JW Hulme embarked on a strategic shift, transitioning its sourcing and manufacturing to factories
in Latin America, India, and the U.S. As part of this transformation, we developed three distinct handbag collections in Mexico: the American Heritage
Collection, the Smooth Pastel Collection, and the Canvas Collection.
With the company’s supply chain previously centered in China, I was responsible for ensuring the seamless transfer of critical materials including
hardware, dies, and fabrics—delivering them to Mexico on time to keep production on schedule. I led the creation of comprehensive technical packs
and supervised the sample development team in crafting the first leather prototypes. Each bag underwent a meticulous approval process, with samples
being shipped back and forth to the U.S. until we achieved the perfect final production model.
This project required an unwavering attention to detail and organization, ensuring that every sample met the highest standards of craftsmanship
and brand identity. Through precision-driven development and cross-border collaboration, we successfully transitioned JW Hulme’s production while
preserving its legacy of quality and authenticity.

Leather Sample Development & Quality Control – Led the development of leather samples, meticulously selecting and testing leather for optimal
thickness, brightness, texture, and overall quality to meet brand standards and production specifications.
Design & Development of Women’s Bags, Men’s Duffel Bags, Men’s Backpacks, and Women’s Small Leather Goods – Designed and developed multiple
iterations of women’s bags, men’s duffel bags, men’s backpacks, and small leather goods, ensuring each product was, stylish, and aligned with market trends.
Technical Pack Creation – Developed comprehensive tech packs with precise specifications, detailing materials, hardware, stitching, and construction methods.
Prototype & Sample Development – Managed the creation of prototypes and the iterative sample process, ensuring design accuracy and quality, while overseeing
the approval stages for each product.
Factory Communication & Production Oversight – Worked closely with factories, guiding the manufacturing process, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring
the highest production standards were met.
Material & Leather Selection – Sourced premium materials and leathers for each collection, ensuring consistency in quality and design vision across all products.
Costing & Production Feasibility – Collaborated with the production team to balance design aspirations with cost efficiency, ensuring all bags and accessories were
produced within budget and met market expectations.
